We follow a process of dealing with complaints or customer concerns & problems to the best of our ability but also within respect on what is respecfully fair business practice.

Our team provides all relevant & necessary information on our website & we are available for contact if confusion or more information is needed for our customers. If customers neglect to read, properly engage or consider all that is presented. We reject the responsibility of being held negligible to customer disatisfaction or responsibilities to correct perceived errors on the customers part.

Futhermore we hold no liability or responsibility to replace or refund damaged or lost embellishment products due to incorrect adhesive application or failure to care for personal embellishments properly.

Futhermore we do not hold responsibility for damage or permanent damage to clothing items or accessories. EXERCISE CAUTION & WEAR AT YOUR OWN RISK. We advise that we cannot be responsible as clothing quality & materials are all different & we cannot advise that it is 100% safe using temporary applications that we provide & personal responsibility is on the customer to make the decision.

Please refer to the care instructions that is mentioned in the product reference information. We advise that your embellishments should be stored in a cool dry place. Protected either in the display box or travel pouch. Or alternative storage where the embellishment avoids scratches or damage. Only store one embellishment in the travel pouch or display box at any given time to avoid damage. The embellishments should be stored by itself at any given moment to avoid any damage of any sort.

To clean your embellishment we advise using only a soft microfibre cloth. If you want to use a jewellery shine or wash. We only recommend referencing us or the referenced washes that have been approved by us.

Please avoid leaving your embellishments out lying around as not to collect dirt or dust & being exposed to constant heat or excessive sunlight.
