How to wear your embellishment
Instruction through visual process: * Step 1- Use scissors & cut off adhesive tape into section. (note only cut what you think you need)
* Step 2
Remove the film from the double sided adhesive tape. (film shown in picture)
* Step 3
Use your fingers to shape adhesive. (note only remove amount necessary for your embellishment. Use only enough that your embellishment will appear flat on clothing items. This will take time to get use to but very quick once you know how to & the right amount of adhesive for your embellishment)
* Step 4
Apply your shaped adhesive tape on back centre of your embellishment. (please make sure that only the right amount of adhesive is used. Some embellishments may need to be shaped particularly. Adhesive should appear hidden & should not seep out from corners on final application on your clothing item. Please use the tac- adhesive as alternative if tape adhesive does not work with your clothing material.)
* Step 5
The adhesive tape or tac can be used in same process should now be shaped and firmly attached to your embellishment. Please make sure you have correctly applied the adhesive. (Espada Embellishment holds no liability for damage or lost embellishments due to not securing your embellishment properly. Please make sure to test your clothing that the embellishment is safely secured by walking it out. Or pressing firmly to feel that it is secured enough to stay in place. You will get use to securing it once you have gotten use to the process.)

* Step 6
Place your embellishment with the adhesive & test on spot where you wish to apply & wear. (note: adhesives should not seep out from sides & be visible. If they do remove parts of adhesive or reshape until none is visible but adhesive is still strongly applied. Embellishment should look flat or only slightly raised if it is too raised you may have applied too much adhesive & need to remove some. Please be mindful you will get use to the correct amount when using your embellishment over time.)
* Step 7
Press down firmly so that adhesive applies strongly & properly to your clothing item. To test application tap embellishment slightly it should not shake & should stay firmly set in place.
* Step 8
Your embellishment is now applied correctly! (Please note you may apply embellishments before wearing or while wearing your clothing items. Please do what is best for you.) After using your embellishment we suggest you remove it on clothing item when possible & spot clean if necessary. If you plan to leave your embellishment with adhesive it can last for a long time from 2 to 7 days possibly more. But we do not encourage it to trust the strength of the temporary adhesives. These are temporary solutions & not meant for long term application. Adhesive can also be harder to clean and mesh to clothing material if adhesive is not removed after 1 or 2 day use. Espada Embellishment does not hold liability for damaged clothing items or lost or damaged embellishments.
* Step 9 END
When you are finished using your embellishment. Please use a soft microfibre or regular cloth. Using warm water & clothing safe soap lightly spot clean the area where adhesive was removed. Carefully and softly as not to damage your clothing item. (Note: This is not always necessary this is with consideration of the application. Little to no cleaning is necessary in many cases.) If the adhesive tac is used. You can lightly dab the tac until all spot or traces are collected. If noticeable spotting of either adhesive tape or tac is still visible please spot clean as mentioned appropriately.

Example of using the adhesive tac. Adhesive tac can be shaped & applied similarly in the tutorial as the adhesive tape has been shown. ‘PERMASTIK Outdoor Tape’ Adhesive Tape. Please refer to the tape that is used. It can be found at all ‘Home Depot’ type stores. It is also referred to as double sided ‘outdoor tape’ if you run out. Depending on your country in most cases a roll should not cost much. If you need help with purchasing the temporary adhesive tape please do not hesitate to contact us so we can help you out best as we can. Thank you.
Adhesive Tac. Please refer to the temporary adhesive that is used. ‘Blu-Tac by Bostik’ It can be purchased at office stores, dollar stores or general stores. If you cannot find it in your country It can be purchased online. It should not cost that much for purchase.
